Q. What are the delivery charges ? A. We offer FREE domestic delivery for orders above INR 2,999. For orders below INR 2,999 there is a minimum delivery charge of INR. 80. for a package weighing up to 500 gms. and INR 150 above 500 gms. However the shipping charge will increase corresponding to the weight & location of the package. Q. What is the estimated delivery time ? A. Estimated time of delivery is within 10 working days for domestic orders and 21 working days for international orders. All orders usually get shipped within a week from our warehouse at Jaipur, Rajasthan , however, bulk orders or large quantity orders may experience slightly longer than normal processing times. * Business days exclude public holidays and sundays. Q. Why is the COD option not offered in my location ? A. Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Q. Will i get an e-mail confirmation for my order processing and shipping ? A. Orders are dispatched through our trusted courier partners (FedEx, etc) and tracking code will be shared & e-mailed once the order is processed from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Q. What if my orders is delayed ? A. Rest assured we will make sure that we process all orders as quickly as possible and we will automatically notify you via email / Whatsapp with any status updates. Q. Can i change the shipping address after my order confirmation ? A. You can modify/update your shipping address within 24 hrs of placing the order. Return Policy

Q. What is our Exchange Policy ? A. After delivery, if there is any kind of "damage/defect" than it needs to be reported with image within 8 hours to be eligible for exchange or return. After we have reviewed your return request, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on resolution or return of your item. Please allow us 3-4 days to respond to your exchange request and provide instructions on returning your item. We recommend using an online traceable courier service for returning your items. Q. Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products ? A. When you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective, you will be compensated for return courier charges. You will be paid flat Rs. 100 voucher which can be used to buy any of the products for next 3 months. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches us in safe condition. Q. When is exchange not possible ? A. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to exchange: 1. Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame 2. Orders which are Made-to-order / customized will not be eligible for exchange or return. 3. There will be no exchanges or returns applicable on the sale & discounted products. *The images here represent actual product though color of the image and product may slightly differ due to photography as every monitor tunes differently. 4. In case of return, we will refund the entire balance to the source of payment mode. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Q. How can I track the delivery of my order? A. All shipments are delivered through reputed courier partners, we will provide you with a Tracking ID after dispatching your order. You can easily track your shipment through the docket no: provided to you on the respective websites of our courier partners.

Refund & Cancellation

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. Please contact us for any queries . 1. If the order is cancelled by us, we will inform you on priority regarding the same via email and the entire amount will be refunded to the source of payment mode. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. 2. We will also contact you in case all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. 3. If the order is cancelled by you before the package is shipped than the entire amount will be refunded and if the cancellation happens after the package is shipped, cancellation will not be applicable.
